As wedding planners, we make couple’s wedding visions come to life.  If we do our job’s right, the guests will never know we are there. The wedding will look pulled together effortlessly and the day will run smoothly as if it all “just came  together.”

The reality of this is the behind the scenes in the production of a wedding is and can be messy! Things are not effortless. Making sure  the groom does not see the bride for hours before the wedding ceremony, when she has to use the room and the only bathroom she can go to is right beside  the groom’s room, is not an easy task. Placing wedding programs along with a bottle of water and a small pack of Kleenex on the parents and grandparents seats before the wedding can be a small detail that is sometimes left to do until the last minute. Ensuring every guest knows where their table is, what they are having for dinner and accommodating them when they see a different meal that they swear they chose…is not an easy task (ya’ll this happens so many more times than you think…but it’s all good)! All of those little details, are never forgotten. We make things happen and we do it because we love what we do and because we want your day to be perfect.

Every wedding and every couple’s needs are different. Yes, setting out the programs, ensuring the vendors arrive on time, directing guests to their tables…these are things that happen at every wedding. But things like holding the bride’s dress as she walks from location to location for her pictures, running drinks and food out to our couples and their bridal party following their ceremony, fixing that buttercream cake that melted in the sun, by placing flowers we pull from centerpieces on it, making sure whatever you drink is in your hand at all times of the night, making sure your bags are neatly packed and placed in your getaway car and of course….helping brides with their dress when they need to use the bathroom (I know, I know…it’s TMI but it’s the truth) are all the little extras that just happen and we are there!

This past year we have had the privilege of being a part of so many couple’s special days .We have done everything you can imagine to make their day perfect. I am so looking forward to our 2017 wedding season and can’t wait to get more photos like the ones below of us in action!
