Our Wedding Day Management experience is a flat fee of $5,000.

This includes our 90-day planning and management experience, wedding-day execution, your personalized Aisle Planner dashboard, access to our Wedding Planning Playbooks, and guidance from our team throughout your planning experience.

Our goal is to give you the resources and expertise to confidently plan your wedding while knowing that, when those final months arrive, an experienced team is ready to step in and bring everything together.

Your Lead Planner officially steps into the planning process 90 days before your wedding.

At that point, we'll get completely caught up on everything you've planned, review your vendor team and contracts, walk through your venue, begin developing your timeline and logistics, and identify any remaining details that need attention.

While your Lead Planner becomes actively involved at the 90-day mark, you'll receive access to your Aisle Planner dashboard, Wedding Planning Playbooks, preferred vendor resources, and our team communication email from the beginning of your experience with us.

Your package includes three key planning meetings designed around the points when our involvement matters most.

Outside of these scheduled meetings, communication takes place through your planning portal, email, and text as we work through your final details together.

Absolutely.

If you'd like additional guidance at the beginning of your planning experience, you may add a one-hour Budget & Design Consultation with our Design Team for $250.

During this meeting, we'll help you better understand what your overall wedding budget may look like, answer questions about trusted vendors, discuss your design direction and options, and give you professional guidance before you begin making some of your larger planning decisions.

Additional virtual meetings with your Lead Planner may also be added for $250 per meeting, with a maximum of three additional meetings.

Yes. We completely understand that questions come up long before the final three months.

We've intentionally filled your Aisle Planner dashboard and Wedding Planning Playbooks with information, education, recommendations, and guidance to help you confidently navigate the planning process.

You'll also have access to our team communication email for general planning questions and concerns before your 90-day management period begins.

This inbox is monitored weekly by our team. Because Wedding Day Management does not include ongoing planning prior to the 90-day mark, response times may vary throughout the week, but the resource is there when you need a little professional guidance along the way.

Email is our primary method of communication so important information, decisions, and vendor details stay organized and easy to reference.

You'll also have access to your Aisle Planner portal, and text communication with your Lead Planner is available during your active 90-day management period when something is better handled quickly.

Because Wedding Day Management is designed as a focused 90-day planning and execution experience, most communication outside of your included meetings takes place through these channels rather than through additional planning meetings.

One of the things that makes the Wedding Company experience different is that you aren't relying on just one person—you have a team supporting your wedding.

You'll initially be onboarded by our Client Experience Team, who will help get your Aisle Planner account established and provide access to your planning resources. They also monitor our general team communication email leading up to your 90-day management period.

Your Lead Planner joins you approximately three months before the wedding and becomes deeply involved in your wedding-day logistics, timeline, vendor coordination, and execution.

And while design services are not included in Wedding Day Management, your Lead Planner and Client Experience Team can consult with our in-house Design Team when an occasional design-related question arises.

We use Aisle Planner, an online planning platform that becomes the central home for your wedding.

It allows us to organize your contracts, vendor information, checklists, guest list, RSVPs, timeline, and other important planning details in one place.

Most importantly, it allows our entire team to stay connected behind the scenes as your wedding approaches. When appropriate, we can also provide full or limited access to family members, vendors, or other planning partners involved in your celebration.

Yes, but they work a little differently than they do within Full Planning & Design.

Wedding Day Management does not include personalized vendor sourcing, proposals, or curated recommendations based specifically on your wedding. Instead, you'll receive access to our vetted vendor list from the beginning of your planning experience.

These are professionals our team knows, has experience with, and feels comfortable referring to our couples.

You'll be able to explore the list and contact vendors directly, giving you the freedom to build your own vendor team while still benefiting from more than 15 years of relationships within the wedding industry.

Wedding Day Management couples receive access to our Wedding Planning Playbooks within Aisle Planner from the beginning of their experience.

We've created guidance for each major vendor category to help you navigate the booking process with more confidence. Depending on the vendor category, you'll find frequently asked questions, our professional insight, general investment guidelines, details couples often don't know to consider, and questions we recommend asking before signing a contract.

Think of it as having a wedding planner's perspective in your back pocket while you're building your vendor team.

Wedding Day Management does not include wedding design services.

Couples looking for comprehensive creative direction—including overall design development, rental selections, florals, stationery, lighting, draping, renderings, and design execution—will want to explore our Full Planning & Design experience.

That said, we know an occasional design question may come up. General questions can be submitted through our team communication email, and once your Lead Planner begins working with you, they can also consult our in-house Design Team when needed.

For couples who would like professional design guidance early in the process without adding full design services, a one-hour Budget & Design Consultation may be added for $250.

Yes! We have a number of affiliate and industry partnerships that provide additional value to our couples.

Depending on the partner, this may include preferred pricing, special services, upgrades, or exclusive benefits available because you're working with Wedding Company of Williamsburg.

Partners such as Generation Tux, wedding insurance providers, and Minted are just a few examples, and you'll receive access to applicable benefits from the beginning of your planning experience.

Every family dynamic is different, so once your Wedding Day Management experience begins, we'll establish who should be included in communication and how you'd like us to work with parents or other important family members.

Our goal is to make everyone feel informed and cared for while keeping communication organized and ensuring you remain comfortable with the decisions being made.

Wedding Day Management includes an entire team designed to support both you and the logistics of your celebration.

Your Lead Planner provides up to 10 hours of wedding-day management, overseeing your timeline, vendors, logistics, and overall execution.

You'll also have two additional wedding-day assistants. We intentionally schedule our team so both assistants are present from the ceremony through cocktail hour, when there are often the most moving pieces and the greatest need for additional support.

But our service begins even before that.

You'll also have a Concierge Attendant during the morning and early afternoon of your wedding. Your attendant is there to help with the personal details that make your morning easier—from running an occasional last-minute errand to assisting with steaming attire and helping your wedding party as everyone gets ready.

We'll even pick up and deliver your choice of breakfast or lunch for the getting-ready group so that's one less thing you need to coordinate on wedding morning. The cost of food is not included.

If your celebration requires additional staffing, assistants may be added for $75 per hour, and additional Lead Planner coverage beyond the included 10 hours may be added for $125 per hour.

Wedding Day Management includes the planning and execution of your wedding day only.

If you'd like our team to assist with a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch, or another wedding weekend event, we're happy to add those services to your experience.

For couples who have already planned an additional event and simply need our team there to execute it, event execution may be added at an hourly rate.

This gives you the flexibility to bring us in only for the level of support you need while still creating a cohesive wedding weekend experience.

After years of planning weddings and refining our process, we've found that couples are best served by one of two distinct experiences: Wedding Day Management or Full Planning & Design.

For that reason, we no longer offer a traditional Partial Planning package.

Wedding Day Management is ideal for couples who feel comfortable planning their wedding but want professional resources along the way and an experienced team to take over the final logistics and execution.

Full Planning & Design is designed for couples who want our team deeply involved in the planning, vendor selection, budget management, creative direction, and design from the beginning.

We understand that every wedding is different.

When appropriate, we can consider a customized scope of services based on the specific areas where you need additional support.

However, for couples looking for ongoing planning assistance, personalized vendor sourcing, budget management, or comprehensive wedding design, our Full Planning & Design experience provides the most complete level of support.

Absolutely. While Wedding Company of Williamsburg is based in Williamsburg, Virginia, our team serves couples throughout Virginia.

We regularly work in Williamsburg, Charlottesville, Coastal Virginia, and Virginia's Eastern Shore, and we're happy to travel to bring our signature Southern hospitality and concierge experience to your venue.

Additional travel fees may apply depending on your wedding location.

To officially reserve your wedding date, 50% of your $5,000 Wedding Day Management fee is due at signing.

The remaining balance is divided into two additional payments: one approximately halfway between booking and your wedding date, with the final balance due 30 days before the wedding.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, while bank transfer payments have no additional processing fee.
