- Design Vendor Recommendations only (Florist, Rentals (china, silverware, glassware, and unique rentals), Day of Signage Stationery
- One Zoom meeting to discuss budget allocation for design elements and wedding vision with couple.
- Full Design Board with all design elements included (Florals and all rental recommendations with estimated pricing). Links and directions on how to obtain the items will be included.
- Design Feedback meeting to discuss changes & review the clients wants/needs. 1 meeting & 1 round of edits to design plan included.
- Rental Showroom Appointment with our team to review design aspects. Our team will provide an official quote based on design items chosen, following the appointment.
- One floral appointment with our team & florist to review floral aspects and design. Our team will take notes and assist with communicating the details of the event to the florist.
- Quote review and booking assistance for florist and rental companies.
- Submission of final numbers and review of final design elements within 30 days of the wedding. This is done over a scheduled zoom meeting.
- One Zoom meeting to discuss wedding day signage within 90 days of the wedding
- Mock Up Day Meeting to review rental selections. Dependent on venue permitting mock up day. (Scheduled once all design items are finalized. Floral mock up NOT included in the Investment cost)
- Discussion with wedding day planner to ensure execution of all design elements will take place. If Wedding Co. of Williamsburg is not hired as a planner, an additional $1000 fee for staff member to oversee production install on site will be required

For weddings with design elements exceeding $24,000 an 18% fee will be taken rather than the $4250 investment flat fee

the boring paperwork
When you decide to book we will send a contract services questionnaire. You'll fill that out and we then create the wedding contract and invoice for you for 50% of your wedding planning package.
Online Aisle Planner Dashboard
You'll get access to our customer relationship management software, Aisle Planner, from the day you sign the wedding contract .
your planner will be chosen
Once all the bookkeeping is done, you'll be introduced to your planner via email and the next steps will be provided.
Design questionnaire
You will be given a design questionnaire immediately following the signing of your contract. Once you fill that out and submit your Pinterest inspiration, we will get the full design underway. It takes about 3 -4 weeks to complete the design and budget process.
vendor recommendations and communication
Jess will handle all vendor recommendations, all bookings, contract review, and keeps track of payments and payment reminders for the vendors involved in the design process.
Your in-person meetings
Jess will work with you and your design vendors to ensure that your in-person meetings are setup appropriately throughout the planning process
design and budget
We will provide you with a full design plan in tandem with a full budget breakdown. We show you how to achieve the budget you've set forth for the vision you want to have.
Mock up day
Jess will setup a time to meet at your wedding venue to see your selections for linens, china/glassware/silverware, and your florals all in the room so you can get the full vision and confirm your choices
Production
Jess will ensure that all communication is handled with your design team and ensure that production goes off without a hitch. These times will be communicated with your day of planner or team member from our team, if you hire us for day of planning as well.

When will I be assigned a Wedding Co. Planner?
For all packages, we provide the couple with their planner and their contact information, immediately following the booking process with Wedding Co.
Do you all do Custom Packages?
While we have the ability to do custom packages, we tend to stick with the wedding planning packages we have set in place. Over the years, we have found that these serve the majority of our clients well.
Do you travel outside of Williamsburg, Virginia?
We are named the Wedding Company of Williamsburg for a reason! While we have made exceptions and have served couples outside of the Williamsburg/New Kent area, we rarely travel outside of the area. We have become known for Williamsburg and New Kent Weddings and we pride ourselves on being experts on what the area has to offer.
How many weddings do you all do a year?
We typically plan and assist on anywhere from 35 - 45 weddings a year. With a team of 5 lead planners, none of us take on more than 10 weddings a year to ensure our couples are getting the best planning services possible.

We are so glad you asked! We put hospitality above everything. We want you and your family to feel as if they are guests at your wedding. We do this by providing concierge services on the wedding day like bringing lunch, bringing drinks, and being there for you and your family every step of the way. In addition, our 15+ years of experience in the Williamsburg wedding market, has allowed us to become experts in what the area has to offer. Our knowledge of the area’s wedding industry exceeds expectations.
What type of services do you offer?
We currently offer Wedding Day Management services, Partial Planning, Full Planning and Design services. We limit the number of design services each year to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve.
What type of communication do you offer?
Each planner is different. From the start of your planning experience, your planner will tell you the best way to contact them. Email is included in your package. Most of our team members love text, phone calls, email, and using the app, Voxer for communication.

I've been in the industry for over fourteen years, executing weddings in the Williamsburg, Virginia area. I'm a Williamsburg native, turned wedding planner.
I am a firefighter wife, mommy to Owen, a pup pup mom, and weddings are my passion! Most days you will find me in an oversized sweatshirts with my favorite jeans with a latte in hand.
As the Owner, I have a hand in every wedding that comes through our doors but personally, I take on six full planning and design weddings a year.
