We serve couples across Virginia with a streamlined planning process, clear communication, and a calm, professional team that knows how to keep things moving (without the stress).

Hi, I’m Jess—founder of Wedding Company of Williamsburg. I started this company with a big dream, a love for hospitality, and a $500 check from my now-husband. I fell in love with weddings at seventeen, and after years of producing events in Virginia, I went full-time with Wedding Company of Williamsburg in 2017.

Today, we’re a team of 12—and while you may work with one of our lead planners on wedding day, every single team member is trained personally by me. That means you get the same level of care, professionalism, and seamless execution Wedding Company is known for—whether you’re getting married in Charlottesville, Richmond, Virginia Beach, or anywhere in between.
