When I met Jenny, we had an instant bond. She was sweet as pie, kind, caring and just a wonderful person inside and out. With Jenny and Sean not living in the area, all but one of our appointments were through via phone or Face Time. With William & Mary being both Jenny and Sean’s Alma Mater, the couple knew that Williamsburg, VA was where they had to tie the knot. Jenny’s love of monograms and southern flare was hugely integrated into their wedding and Williamsburg, VA was the perfect place for these details to be executed (see for yourself in a second….but you have to stick around through the next paragraph to read one of the sweetest proposals of all time).
Jenny and Sean have such a special story! The two met at William & Mary and share a deep bond of the William & Mary Traditions. The beginning of their love story ended up coming full circle the night of their engagement. On Jenny and Sean’s first date, Sean brought a special
Colonial Williamsburg edition of mulled cider. The two planned to jump the Governor’s Wall and drink the delicious cider. Unfortunately, Sean forgot a bottle opener and the two were unable to share the cider that night. Over time, Sean mentioned that he lost that bottle of cider. Well, Sean lied…..Seven years later to the date from their first date, Sean proposed to Jenny and that same bottle of cider was sitting on ice at the proposal. They finally were able to enjoy the cider from their first date!
I absolutely adore Jenny and Sean and their love story. I could go on and on about how wonderful these two are, but don’t worry I know that their love story and the beautiful photos captured by
Brook Mayo Photographers will show you just how amazing of a couple these two really are! We were so happy we could be a part of their wedding day! Jenny and Sean, I wish you two love, happiness and many more mulled ciders! Thank you for letting us be a part of your big day!
